Explanation Sickness
By sickness you have to call our office (not per textmessage or voicemail). You can call 0174-241011. Attention!: This message should be done before you should start working.
When you have yourself reported sick at us before the time you should start working, we notify you sick to the UWV. They provide the benefit of the sickness money. The first 2 days are waiting days, which means that these days you do not get paid. Keep in mind that it takes 5 or 6 weeks before you get paid your sickness money. This is something we have no influence on so you can call the UWV to ask them: 0900-9294. Keep your Social Security number (sofi/BSN-number) at hand!
When you start working again, you have to report to the UWV that you feel better on the day that you are going to work again! Telephone number of the UWV: 076-5282622! Make sure you have your Social Security number (sofi/BSN-number) at hand. SO, IMPORTANT:
- When you’re ill, call us before you start working on 0174-241011.
- You need to stay at home until you have had a check.
- You have to report to the UWV that you feel better on the day that you are going to work again!
